sednmail to sympatico.ca ok, but not hotmail.com and yahoo.ca, how to configure .mc file?

Hi All,

I installed this RH9 linux box for fax. It has a ip address 192.168.x.x, and
behind firewall. sendmail was installed and configuration was default. I
want sendmail to send my fax logs to my outside email address, but failed.

I tested, I can send email from this rh9 linux box to my sympatico.ca
address, but not hotmail.com , yahoo.ca, and my company's email address,
which hosted by ait.com on a imail windows box.

If you're using Bell or Sympatico as your ISP, they block outgoing
SMTP except to their own servers. In that case, you need to set
up the Sympatico SMTP server as your SmartHost.

Can you telnet smtp port on mx4.mail.yahoo.com OR smtp.tang.ca ?
telnet smtp.tang.ca 25

NO => it is not sendmail problem
YES=> ask for more sendmail tests
