FrontPage form requires UID/PWD

Windows server 2003.
For some reason when I try yo submit a frontpage form from a webpage it
requests ntfs login. Unless I enter an administrative account, I can't
submit the form.
I bypassed the problem by setting the .dll file the form submits through to
run in IIS under an administrative user anonymously. This seems like a
security issue though. Any other suggestions on a way to fix it?

The form just sends email. No saving to file or anything. Very simple email.
