You 've installed/uninstalled MS SQL Server or MSDE?
Try to re-register vbscript.dll & asp.dll:

regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\vbscript.dll
regsvr32 c:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\asp.dll

I hope this help.
