"The file was restricted because the content doesn"t match its security information."

Hi --

I published a FP 2003 site to an outside Unix server running FPE. One of the
pages on the site has three Windows Media files.

When I browse to the page with the WMV files and click on one of the links,
the contents of the file are displayed as text gibberish on my IE6 (WinXP
Pro SP2) browser, and the Information Bar displays "This content might not
be displayed properly. The file was restricted because the content doesn't
match its security information."

I was publishing this same site to another Unix server, and IE never
complained about unmatched security information there. When I clicked on one
of the WMV files, Media Player launched and played the video.

What do I have to do so that this "restriction" doesn't occur?
