Hungarian Forint appears when I place cursor in a certain area of

I've noticed the strangest little thing in FrontPage. When I put my cursor in
a certain section of the screen, a small popup appears with the words
"Hungarian forint". This is Hungarian money. I did a web search, but so far
cannot find anything related to this strange appearance in FP. I have a
screen shot. Does anyone know anything about this?

what kind of area are you mousing over to see this?
is it just one page or several?

Now here's the weird thing. I cannot duplicate the problem now.
But it sure was happening and the screen shot is the proof.
