Frontpage theme is overwritten by default

When I install FP for the site it processes and changes files with defaul
theme, e.g. :

[root@server01 httpdocs]# diff -U0 index.html.bak index.html
--- index.html.bak 2006-01-10 16:07:14.000000000 -0500
+++ index.html 2006-01-10 16:16:57.000000000 -0500
@@ -10 +10 @@
-
+
..........................................

instead of tp-arm07 it puts default theme.

Please help me fix this.
