Error reading IIS default Vroot info

I am getting this error when I try to sync frontpage with my server...I am
running IIS6 on windows server 2003

I've been getting the same error. Did you get any resolution? Of course the
link they provide has no info.

after waiting a week I finally just reinstalled windows 2003...I can't
remember if I figured out how to fix it.
