How to add a field to an Adobe Reader document?

Hi,

I have this existing adobe reader document and I need to add a field
to it.
Does anyone know how to do this?

the official way is to get Acrobat toolkit and its sdk from adobe. depending
on how complex the document is you might get away with one of the free kits

You could have a look at iTextSharp, a free PDF library, which has worked
quite well for us :
