Our IIS server requires SSL for all virtual sites??

This happend all of a sudden.
All sites have the symtoms. Also when trying to make changes with the
Sharepoint adminstration it open s webpage prompting for secure connection.
We went around and around switching setting and reconfirming settings and
everything is set to not require SSL.

Is there a fix for that or does it need a IIS removal and reinstall?

Never mind - the ISA server listener was acting out.
