It might have more credibility if you knew what ERP stood for. As a
general pointer, abbreviations such as IBM and ERP usually expand to
words beginning with the letters in the abberviation.

"Petersoft ERP System is a fully functional, integrated, web-based,
ERP (enterprise management system)"

ERP != enterprise management system

Hi, Peter,

I took a quick look at it. IMHO it could be interesting to some small
businesses. You'll have to integrate to other systems such as
accounting packages small businesses use.

I don't think you'll make a lot of money off of it, but you might make some.

Perhaps it is, in Peter's first language.

Still doesn't work, even when translated.

Well, the letters ERP are the initial letters of 3 English words. So
it would not be valid for Peter to choose words from his first
language that began with those letters.
Then, the English words that ERP represent are not synonyms of the
words that he chose.

Enterprise Resource Planning.

He thinks he's the next SAP. ("Systemanalyse und Programmentwicklung",
if you must know...)

Sure:
Esoteric Role Play
Elastic Rubber Potty
Engergetic Rabbit Puppet
Elongated Robot Parameters
Eidetic Ranger Patrol
Egotistic Raving Poopiehead
(and many more)

But what does that have to do with anything?

Um, why not? Is English the only language programmers are allowed to use
when naming their programs?

Are you really as dumb as you are making yourself appear?
Of course English is not the only language programmers are allowed to
use when naming their programs. However he is suggesting that that
this particular one is an ERP system.

Hi Jerry Stuckle .
Thanks for the opinion, i will make the system available on sf.net
next month. I don't care about making money, because the project can't
make any money. Hopefully the project can let people know there is a
software house called Petersoft.
thanks

I might try it out. I found the demo a bit slow and the "Press here"

Dears
If i add some extra terms to GPL license, will i break it? i mean
will the law still protect me?
I want to add this term:
1) if you want to form a local consultant company for this project and
if you charge your customer for some consultant fee, you need to pay
me 5%
2) if you charge your customer some money for optimise/changing/
improving my ERP system, you need to pay me 5%
