2003 - Can"t Connect to MySQL Server on xxx.xx (10055)

Hi MySQL,

I have Mysql 5.0
Mysql odbc 3.51
Win2k

And i get this error. "2003 - Can't Connect to MySQL Server on xxx.xx (10055)".
Any idea on what to do like upgrade rather that reboot my whole machine to reconnect again?

You inputs are very welcome.

Check Appendix A.2.2 in MySQL manual for some advice. You will probably
need to give more detail if that does not resolve it for you. For
instance, is MySQL running locally or on a remote host?=20
