Updating cli executable on MS-Windows

I downloaded the MS-Windows cli from The PHP Group a while ago. It
claims to be version 5.2.10. But now I can't find where I got it, nor
where to get the updates. What is the easiest way to upgrade it to
5.2.13?

D:\Code\Tests>php --version
PHP 5.2.10 (cli) (built: Jun 17 2009 16:16:57)
Copyright (c) 1997-2009 The PHP Group

Which one has just the cli installer? I don't want any server files =
installed on my workstation.
