#1: Mac ODBC driver legit?

Hi,

I'm looking for info on the psqlODBC 09.00.0200 for Mac OS X posted here:

Is this legitimate? Was it created/posted by someone on the PG-ODBC team?

And, of course: does it work? I'm hoping to use it with Excel 2007 for
Mac.
