#1: ODBC with Client cers

I need to make SSL connections to a postgresql server via psql-odbc
using client cerificates to ensure that only authorized clients can
connect. Is there any documentation how to acomplish this?

I tested SSL and looked at no problem.

it may be insufficient there, it is necessary to improve.
