Hi, we have a website hosted with IIS 6 on Windows Server 2003. It is
accessible via a URL, but only some users can access it, whilst other get a
connection refused error. Can anyone help?
I'm sorry I'm being pretty vague but I didn't set it up.

Also, some users who can connect are having problems sending Email using
Persits AspEmail. Is there a chance the two problems are related?

After removing all internet connection LAN settings I now get a 'Page cannot
be displayed', 'Cannot find server or DNS Error' message.
I'd be really grateful of any help.

That sounds like by design and has nothing to do with IIS. If you remove
all internet connection LAN settings, the system no longer has a network
connection, so requests to the server all fail and the client rightfully
returns "Cannot find server or DNS Error".
Plug your server back onto the network and make sure to fix its network
connectivity issues, and it should solve the issue.
