mod_ssl for Apache 1.3.24 + Win98???

I am search for SSL module for Apache 1.3.24 but unable to find.
I have mod_ssl for apache 1.3.22 NOT WORKING

Can any one, send me the link for mod_ssl + Apache 1.3.24 + Win98
