Hover Buttons - Unable to view them

I have designed a website and included the Frontpage Hover
buttons for my menu. I have reports from people to say
that they cannot always view the text on the buttons and
cannot then click on the button to go to the link. If you
do a refresh then sometimes you may see one or two buttons
and sometimes all of them but sometimes none at all. On
other PC's liek my own you tend to see them all the time.
What could make some PC's not see the hover buttons
correctly. Please help

Hover buttons require Java Virtual Machine which can be
downloaded from http://java.sun.com
However, most people have quit using Hover Buttons
because windows XP / IE6 no longer come with JVM installed.
