FP 2002 forms fail with Linux server

FP 2002 forms fail with Linux server

am 27.09.2004 18:37:05 von Support

I have a site containing 2 forms which work fine with
HostSave.com @ www.gerrypainter.com
When I publish exactly the same site with Compila @
www.ttassist.org.uk the forms fail to function.
The hosting company are using a "LINUX server with a
cpanel module" but don't know why whenever I publish the
site the errors occur - any help please.

Files must be published to the public_html folder. This
originally had a cgi_bin which FP removes but then fails
to remove files e.g. _vti_txt _vti_pvt etc.
An additional page appears on the server postinfo.html

Thanks Gerry

Does the server have FrontPage extensions installed??
They are a *must* for FrontPage forms.
