bugzilla not sending passwords in mail..

Hi..
I am trying to setup bugzilla..the problem is while i create a
new
account the password is not being sent to the recipient..

while looking at the CGI.pl scripts..
i made the follwing changes..

open SENDMAIL, "|/usr/lib/sendmail -t -i";
print $msg; //Added by me for debug purposes
print SENDMAIL $msg;

now it prints the password(along with the complete msg ofcourse)
but doesn't send it to the desired recipient..
I am attaching the complete msg also..

password. To
use the wonders of Bugzilla, you can use the following: E-mail

I have tried sending mail using the smtp
and it goes fine..

Also, after getting the password (though by wrong means:-) i
tried
entering a bug and got the error msg

"An error occured while loading
http://172.16.0.101/bugzilla-2.16.3/post_bug.cgi:
Timeout on server
172.16.0.101"

also let me know ow to delete a bugzilla account..:-)

any kind of help is highly appreciated..
