About Apache::Session module in Win32?

Hello, all:

I downloaded Apache-Session.zip from
http://ppm.activestate.com/PPMPackages/zips/6xx-builds-only/ as I am reading
Chapter 8 of "MySQL and Perl for the Web".

But as I install it, it says:
Installing package 'Apache-Session.ppd'...
Error installing package 'Apache-Session.ppd': Read a PPD for
'Apache-Session.ppd', but it is not intended for this build of Perl
(MSWin32-x86-multi-thread)

So I inspected the zip file, and found it doesn't include a Win32
distribution.

Can't this module be used under Win32? Or am I missing something?

This mailing list for the DBD::mysql module, so you probably will not get
the answer you are looking for here.

I have never used active state before, but It sounds like you have the
wrong ppd.

You might want to ask on the Apache-Session mailing list, or you could try
http://www.perlmonks.org./

Then there is always the possibility of installing on a *nix system. There
are many free *nixes out there, and support tends to be better there just
because most people that are writing modules are using those systems and
might not have access to win boxen for testing.
