Thank you, Randy. Can I understand that the above two repositories are
specifically for Win32 distribution, while
http://ppm.activestate.com/PPMPackages/zips/6xx-builds-only/ is for
unix/linux distribution?

The theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca repositories are for Win32 only,
but the ActiveState ones are for all platforms (Unix and
Win32) that ActivePerl is made for. The fact that there's no
Apache-Session ppm for Win32 from ActiveState probably means
that Apache-Session failed some tests (or perhaps one of its
dependencies did) when being built on Win32.
