I've a pile of data that has been spidered from our client's websites,
however it's sometimes not in english.

So far I've just inserted it from LWP::Simple that grabs it. However
when I get it out again the encoding disappears.=20

How do I get it back? Can I get it back? Should I have set some encoding
flag when I stuck it in? If so, what?

Cheers and Thanks!

G'day Rick,
There seem to be a few recent exchanges over utf8. Does
http://lists.mysql.com/search.php?q=utf8&list=perl&m=o&begin =180
help at all?
