swap, clear, reorder records

Using a table (ms access database) with an indefinite number of records. I
only want to show maximum 5 records in a certain order. (orderid). That no
problem for me.

table tblBooks

id orderid title
2 0 blah
3 0 blah
6 0 blah
7 0 blah
4 1 blah
5 2 blah
1 3 blah
8 4 blah

But now I want to manage the whole thing online and don't know how to code
it... Hope someone can help me...

- Insert new record and place it on orderid 1.
