cookie based asp sessions, cookie checks, and redirects

I have uses WWW::Mechanize::Shell with great sucess in the past, butcurrently I am trying to access the urlhttps://www.setsivr.odjfs.state.oh.us/welcome.aspprogramm atically via perl.
