MySqlCC meta data editor hides on entry of index

System: Redhat7.3 fully up-to-date using Redhat's up2date service.
Addons: Qt3.1.1,KDE3.1rc6,MySqlCC0.8.7-alpha
How-To-Repeat:
use MySqlCC0.8.7-alpha for the following steps:
1. select "New Table" for a database. A meta data editor window pops up in
front of the MySqlCC main window.
2. add a field using the meta data editor.
3. click the "Indexes" tab and the green + to add an index of the field using
the meta data editor.
At this point an index table name entry field window pops up on top. However,
the meta data editor window disappears behind the main window. Bringing it
back in front is not a matter of just clicking Ok on the index name entry
popup. The only way to get the meta data editor back in front is to do it
manually.
