Its a page someone wrote sometime ago. The asp page was using
Javascript inside it to run server side scripts.

Sorry, that doesn't realy answer anything though.
the 'javascript trying to run server-side scripts'. that would be
client-side code? that's the inference I'm taking. so what it basically does
is, what, remote scripting? As for posting folow-ups, I'm posting to this
group vie msnews.microsoft.com in Outlook Express - it's an alternative if
google isn't working for you.
