How to install Cygwin PostgreSQL as NT Services on Windows 2000.

i have do all procedure in postgresql-7.3.4.README file but i found error=
=20

$ net start postmaster
The postmaster service is starting.
The postmaster service could not be started.

The service did not report an error.
