I have IIS 6 on windows Server 2003. Can i FTP a
frontpage 2002 web with hit counters and other frontpage
server extension features.

I cannot publish using the normal publishing as http
publishing is blocked in our network.

I need to go file - publish and enter ftp.servername and
then click publish

This is the UNIX extensions group ;-)

The answer, no. You must http publish in order for the components that
require extensions to work.

HTTP publishing is port 80. Why is it blocked on your network? It's not
blocked for incoming, or the outside world could not view your web sites.
