mysql 4.0.23 error:driver 3.51 not fond

I install mysql-Server and Clients Version 4.0.23,
after the installation I start winmysqladmin. The program environment =
message is "MyODBC-Not found driver 3.51 not found"!

This usually means that you have not installled the ODBC drivers on your
mysql server. While you are not required to, it is a good idea. If you =
do
install the MySQL drivers, then just stop and restart the mysql server, =
and
you should see them (the drivers) listed.
