clearing a cash file in the Internet Explorer by code

Hi Folks,

I am using an html file that have a code that reads from an xml file and
displays it in a grid. however the xml file is updated every 5 minutes, and
the code read the data every 5 minutes.the problem is despite of updating
ehe xml file the old xml file data still displayed, after several tests I
found the browser (internet Explorer) saves the file in the cash an reread
the old file from the local hard disk not from the site, however when I
clear the temporarely files from the browser, it displays the updated data
on the screen, is there any code that prevent from saving on the cash or
even delete the cash file before refresh the data.
