ANSI Mode and Date Validation

Hi,

(1) I need to run MySQL in ANSI mode. How and where do I mention --ANSI
in the my.ini file? I don't wanna do it on the command-line.

(2) Similarly, I want MySQL to check for all invalid dates and avoid
storing them. How and where do I mention
sql_mode= NO_ZERO_IN_DATE,NO_ZERO_DATE in my.ini ?
