creating certificat for ssl

Hi,
For OWA i need to create a certificat but i can't seem to find out how, the certificat is only for local use so we won't buy one.
Can someone point me to tutorials or how-tos or even tell me how a can create this.

You can use SelfSSL from the IIS6 Resource Kit if this is the only site on
the server that is going to have a certificate:

Otherwise, you can install Microsoft Certificate Services, and issue your
own certs
