Most of the problems I've had installing RH9 is with insufficient
swap space. This new version of RH needs a lot. I now use 256 meg
minimum for swap.

Red hat 9 installation - disk space

am 08.09.2003 13:28:44 von Jerzy Tryjarski

Hi All,

I must install Red Hat 9 Linux distribution on disk 1.2 GB.
I think componets I want to install take less then 1GB but during
installation process Anaconda allocate some temporary disk space for
own purposes and finaly instalation is interraped.

Maybe is any method to "say to Anaconda" to use another disk ?

Can anybody help me ?
