netatalk and samba

Hi,
I'm configuring a linux box (suse 8.2) to run as file server for macintiosh
(both os9 and osx). I'm using samba for mac osx and netatalk for os9. The
problem is that I don't know how to configure permission for new files
created thru netatalk, something like the "create mask" in the samba
configuration. Can anybody help me?
