Server Error

I recently converted by website from FP2000 to FP2003. I
had a bunch of problems and was able to resolve them,
except for this one. When I try to publish, I get this
message:
Server Error: Cannot create folder "_vti_cnf"
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Have your web host check the permissions on your site.
