IPv6 support

Hi

For obvious reasons I think that'd be very nice if LWP supported IPv6.
Are you planning to do it?
I tried to get IPv6 support in LWP because the W3C markup validator uses
it. I've just replace "IO::Socket::INET" with "IO::Socket::INET6" in
Net/HTTP.pm and it "worked for me". If you think it should always work
that fine, could you make the change in the official release and maybe
give IPv6 support to the other parts of LWP?
