Who can help me solve 2 problems with Yahoopops/Outlook 2003?

Who can help me solve 2 problems with Yahoopops/Outlook 2003?

First of all: I am not a computer expert, just a dedicated user, so
please dont explain in a 'nerd'-ic way!

I use YAHOOPOPS to automatically download my mail from TWO Yahoo
accounts into my Outlook 2003. In my main computer (in Indonesia) I
have no problems with downloading. But strangely enough one of them
cannot be accessed from the laptop that I recently bought and that I
have with me in Holland now. I use the same settings for both and the
YAHOO address for both accounts is just
yahoo-id@yahoo.com.
What can be the problem? And the solution, of course! :)

Another problem that I have both in Indonesia as in Holland: Yahoopops
keeps a copy of the mail on the server (for both accounts). Annoying,
because 15 minutes later, when Outlook checks mail again, it downloads
the SAME mails again, over and over!
In setting up the Yahoopops mail accounts in Outlook i kept the box
'leave a copy on the server' UN-checked. Nevertheless it DOES keep the
copy there! What to do?

Thanks in advance for trying to help me!

[Very late response due to extended absence.]

Please let me know (here) if you still need help with this. I can
probably help you with the second problem and hopefully also with the
first.
