Email client run as service?

We get our fax via mail. I need Email client to be run as service that read
Email
All the time, and move Attach fax (Tiff file) into share folder.
How I can do that?

It depends.




(If you want a more detailed answer you'll have to give more details
on you situation. Operating system? Mail protocal (POP, IMAP)? )

this i service from the ISP, that i get my fax as Email with Attach,

anyway, my q is if have client thet can read email and run as service?
