I have recently changed servers and cannot pull up the
website on the new server. When it was transferred were
all the files etc transferred? I am being told to
publish the site to my domain name, but I have nothing to
publish as I've always updated the web live on the
server. Does FP have any kind of back up system that
saved my files somewhere that I may not be aware of?

That is one of the pitfalls when not working from a local copy on your
computer and publishing to your host.
If you don't have the web hosted somewhere else (or a backup) that you can
publish to your local machine, you are out of luck.
