MySQLCC MDI windows move front/back on Alt-Tab command

Environment:
WinXP & Win2K using 0.8.10 and all earlier versions of MySQLCC.

How-To-Repeat:
Open the Console Manager, extend down to a table and open a Query
window (sometimes requires more than one switch). Then click the
Console Manager to bring the window to the front. Then use the
Alt-Tab combination to switch to another program. When you switch
back the Query window is now "in front". This happens the other way
around depending on which window is in focus and how they are
clicked.
