Manual enhancement

Hello,
I would like to request that the "one page per chapter" manual be
included in the mysql 3.23 tarball instead of the "all in one page"
manual which is a very large file and very slow to navigate through.

How-To-Repeat
1.Open manual_toc.html in a browser.
2.Click the links and see how long it takes to load the next page.
