Performance problems with version 4.1.10

I upgraded from version 4.1.9 to version 4.1.10, and
suddenly the processor untilization jumped
dramatically. I'm not sure if this is specific to the
Win32 version or to all 4.1.10 versions. I'm using the
..NET connector version 1.0.4.

When I reverted back to version 4.1.10, the
performance problem was gone. I didn't change anything
(the my.ini file) between the two version.

Has anybody noticed that with 4.1.10?

Performance problems with version 4.1.10 -- (Clarification)

I meant when I reverted back to 4.1.9, the performance
problem was gone.

The problem happens when I'm pulling results using the
DataReader from cached queries. With 4.1.9, it's very
snappy and doesn't consume any significant CPU. WIth
4.1.10, it creates a CPU utilization spike between 35%
and 60% per request that on a P4/2.8GHz, and I can
easily feel the page is stickier than before

Again, everything else being the same, 4.1.10 is
considerably slower than 4.1.9 with my application.
