Webmail with forwarding filters needed (In UK)

Until recently I've used OneTel's email service, their Mailzone
allowed me to set filters which meant I could set it so that it would
forward the first few lines of selected messages to another address.

I used this to to forward a sample of messages from selected senders
to another email address I have which causes me to get a text alert on
my mobile phone.

Since Onetel have revamped their Mailzone this forwarding with filters
feature has gone. Does anyone know of another email provider that
gives a similar service?
