Searching for webmail with shared access

Hello,

i'm looking for a webmail software but i was unable to find a suitable
solution. Maybe someone here has a suggestion for me.

I want an webmail solution were multiple users have shared access to
the same mailbox. They should be able to make notes to the messages,
mark them as read, processed etc. and it should be visible to the other
users who did what. Basically a team based webmail programm. Opensource
without the need for Imap would be perfect.

All thoses groupware solutions with features like wiki, message board
etc. seem to be too big for my purpose and i didn't found one with my
wanted features.

sqwebmail can do this:

http://www.courier-mta.org/sqwebmail/

You can't exactly edit messages directly. You'll have to compose a new
message, copy it to the shared folders, then delete the original.

Thanks for you suggestion. But I think sqwebmail is not the right
software for me :( Maybe I have to build something myself....
