That's well written and helpful. That said, filtering is somewhat
unnecessary with the proper usage of DNSBLs and IPTables. Why
inspect content when it's more efficient just to reject at HELO?

Are you assuming everyone runs their own mail server? What about
end-users who just run fetchmail and procmail?
