Remote client install problem

During installation I get this question:

Where is your mSQL installed? Please tell me the directory that
contains the subdir 'include'. [/usr/local/Hughes]

The problem is that I am trying to install mSQL driver on a remote
machine - I do not have mSQL here. Does it mean I am out of luck
and will not be able to install it here?

I will appreciate any help.
