Is there a tool available to extract attachments from internet mail..

Hi

I was wondering if there is a tool available to extract attachments
from internet email. I'm a memebr of various google and yahoo groups
that email attachments on a regular basis. I'm looking for a tool that
is available that can extract attachments from internet email. I have
seen tools that do this for Microsoft Outlook email and Outlook Express
email but nothing for Internet Email ie Gmail or yahoo mail attachment
extraction.
