I use it a lot and it is awesome. I never give out my real email
address except to friends and family. I have around 25 address guard
email addresses set up. The best thing about it is when I recieve an
email at junk-1@yahoo.com it will use that as the email address when I
do a reply.

With Gmail you can have some of the functionality by sending mail to
your.email+something@gmail.com. The something can be whatever you
want. It works for me except when you send a reply it uses
your.email@gmail.com for the email address so you have effectively by
passed your address guard.
