Table Errors

Hi all,

I'm just starting out in MySql and keep getting errors relative to tables.
The latest is: Server: DAVID:3306 Database: accounting
PMA Database ... not OK[ Documentation ]
General relation features Disabled.


Installation Info:

O/S Win xp-pro SP1,
Apache-2
Perl-5
MySql-4.0.4-beta-max-nt
Php-4.3.7
phpMyAdmin-2.6

I can create: Databases and Tables, run queries. Have only had one other
warning: About some script to update tables, but couldn't find the script.
When I down loaded an updated version of MySql, it wouldn't run, kept
getting error message about some missing dll. Then read package was faulty,
do have stayed with this version.

Any help gratefully received
