Top Ten List not Working

I'm working in FP 2002. I recently added a Top 10 Pages Visited to my site,
but I get the message "There is no usage data for this web." Actual page is:
http://www.manufacturedhomebuyers.com/toc.htm. I have checked with the
company hosting my web, asking if that particular feature of the FP
extensions is enabled on the server, and they've assured me it is enabled.
Could someone please point a newbie in the right direction? Thanks!

This is a Windows IIS feature. You have posted in the UNIX extensions
newsgroup.

Maybe that explains my problem -- my server is a Unix server. Does the Top
Ten feature not work on Unix servers, and if not, why would their tech suport
tell me support for the Top Ten feature was enabled? As I said, I'm a newbie
